The Department of Property Management and Development (PMD) is Kingston University’s administrative department with responsibility for strategic physical planning, capital development, space management and the coordination of operation, maintenance and management of the university’s buildings, grounds and facilities with Kingston University’s Service Company. The Director of PMD is the head of the department with overall responsibility for these activities and leads a multi-disciplinary team responsible for providing this service.
An integral component of the success of the Department is the role played by the Development & Delivery Manager.
