| Summary: | An outstanding opportunity within a international multi-disciplinary contractor for a experienced Senior Building Services Manager looking to move into a Regional role. You will be an integral member of the Senior Management Team and will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the Building Services Department within the region/division.
Reporting to the Director of Building Services you will split your time from working in the new purpose built HQ in Herts and their Berkshire office. You will be handed the responsibility of overseeing the management of up-to 15 projects including Education, Healthcare, Hotels, Commercial, Industrial and Distribution, Rail, Airports and Local Authority. You will be acting as the Senior point of contact for 10 other members of the Building Services team. Duties and responsibilities include: • Assisting/managing the companies pre-construction activities and marketing • Providing support to the regions/divisions tendering process • Assisting/managing the procurement of building services related work on site(s) • Assisting with the preparation of building services related design elements • Assisting in the management of the Statutory Authorities • Assisting the site management works of the related building services activities • Assisting with project completion/handover in conjunction with the site team • Providing support post contract • Ensuring the management of building services related items within the region/division. In order to be considered for the role you will have held a similar position with a direct competitor (main-contractor) and be able to demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of all aspects of building services.
