| Summary: | Design Manager with experience of working at Pre and Post Contract stages on Social Housing schemes is immediately required for a 6+month interim appointment with a leading main contractor.
Possessing experience of working on Social Housing new build schemes for main contractors you will be working on new build hi rise and low rise schemes with a typical build value of c£15m consisting of RC, Steel and Timber framed construction as well as traditional and you will be involved in all of the early technical stages including planning. A negotiable day rate is payable with this contract and comes with the possibility of being extended or turning into a permanent position.
