| Summary: | One of the UK’s largest fashion retailers are seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for their busy Oxford Street head office. Set in a creative, ‘cutting edge’, high spec environment, you will assist the Facilities Manager in providing a professional, customer focused facilities management service.
You would manage a variety of outsourced contracts including: • M&E/Maintenance • Postroom • Cleaning • Catering/Hospitality • Stationery Main responsibilities include: • Management of all contractors ensuring successful adherence to all SLA’s and KPI’s • Producing monthly reports on budgets and potential overspends • Liaising with landlord and their building management team (security and reception) • Co-ordinating and managing office moves • Management of ID access card system • Be appointed fire marshall and first aider • Co-ordination of events • Management of Facilities Intranet page and staff/desk directory This is an exciting opportunity within a creative supportive environment where you will gain career development and support in addition to real input on the head office environment (including attending staff forums as the facilities representative). The successful candidate will possess a ‘can do’ attitude combined with real passion for high levels of customer service and must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the management of external contractors within a creative, professional environment. You will have a demonstrable background in developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders. This post is initially offered as a 6 month fix term contract (directly employed by them with associated benefits including 50% discount on clothing) on a temporary to permanent basis.
