| Summary: | A Development Project Manager is required for a 6 month assignment with a leading social housing provider based in London. Taking a leading role on the feasibility of mixed use and residential schemes, this person will be working autonomously to ensure the viability of existing and new schemes.
The person appointed to the role will have a solid background within a development function and will have worked for a social housing provider. They will ideally have a relevant professional qualification and it would be advantageous to have a degree.
