| Summary: | An exciting new position has been created within this public body’s property team. With responsibility for a multi-million pound fund and the development and management of projects that will enable significant improvements to the local area. The person appointed to the post will take a holistic view of all projects looking at feasibility through to delivery.
You will be an enthusiastic Community Regeneration professional with experience of working within a public sector environment with responsibility for the conception and delivery of significant projects. You will have excellent interpersonal and client facing skills, with strong IT and analytical abilities. A relevant degree and/or professional qualification would be advantageous although not essential.
