| Summary: | A Social Housing provider based in South London is looking to make an addition to its current Asset Management team in the form of a Head of Responsive Repairs. The person appointed to the role will take an active lead on the monitoring of performance of all subcontractors involved in the reactive maintenance and repairs element of the contract. The person appointed to this post will most likely have worked for a social housing provider or local authority in a similar role and will have experience of leading a small team of surveyors.
This person will offer advice to internal and external stakeholders on technical matters and will be responsible for ensuring that operations are within budget and to programme. A key element of the post will be the ability to foster excellent working relationships with consultants and contractors that will enable long term performance to be enhanced.
