| Summary: | An opportunity has arisen for an aspirational Building Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary property team.
In this challenging role, the successful candidate will be responsible for all professional building surveying work across the property portfolio, as well as managing a range of alteration, refurbishment and fit-out projects to £50k in value. This post call for a dynamic individual who is looking to progress their surveying career in a broad, challenging role. The successful candidate will possess: -Proven specification writing and contract administration skills -Strong technical building surveying skills, including CDM, DDA, planning & building control and other similar areas of professional knowledge -Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels -Basic computing skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes and in AutoCAD -A degree in Building Surveying, preferably with relevant professional membership or working towards this For a confidential discussion please contact Ben Duffill on 0203 056 4016 or ben.duffill@mrgpeople.co.uk |
