| Summary: | We specialise in Senior Appointments in the £50,000 - £100,000 salary bracket across the Built Environment. Our philosophy is simple, we aim to offer exceptional service by finding the best possible candidates (active or passive through headhunting) in the shortest period of time. Our success is built on the expertise and contacts of our Divisional Managers. They know the market and have good contacts in senior roles across the whole spectrum of the industry.
We have a current team of 12 highly successful recruiters working across Highways, Construction, Public Sector, Facilities and Building Services. Average sector recruitment experience across our team leaders is 10 years +. This has created a grown up environment where there is a lot of support and expertise on hand, where people are ready and willing to help to make new recruits successful.
