We aim to make the recruitment process as smooth and successful as possible. In our experience many Consultants believe that the process finishes with the invoice. We believe that the first few weeks of a placement are critical and can lead to costly mistakes. Most mistakes come from miscommunication and we aim to bridge the gap where we can. We will contact both you and the candidate at the end of the first week. If any issues arise we will act and instruct you accordingly. We will repeat this process at the end of the first month.
Our Directors are our Account Managers. When you register a vacancy please do not be surprised when we ring to make sure everything is progressing satisfactorily. We aim to get to know you and your organisation because it helps us find better candidates more often
